Without specific goals life often gets in the way or we simply focus on the tasks of the day that may not be leading us anywhere. Until writing down very specific goals and helping others with goal setting I only had great ideas in my head. Putting the goals on paper and designing a plan to reach them made all the difference in achievement. The best concise resource I have found on this is Goals by Brian Tracy.
